State Tactical Security and Investigations was founded in February of 2011, as the solution to what has become the typical stereotype of security officers. Our leaders have spent a combined forty-five years in the fields of security and law enforcement, allowing us to gain the experience and professionalism needed to reset the bar on industry standards.
We are committed to your peace of mind, as it is the most important job we have. Our personnel have a passion for this industry and its endless possibilities to provide our clients with the great service they deserve. We are in the business of customer service, and we know it!
Management and administration personnel work diligently to provide our clients with the highest quality of officers. We conduct extensive background checks on each candidate, hold several separate interviews, and have an orientation in the initial phase of employment. Each new officer is then placed on a ninety day probation to ensure they continue to exhibit the quality that we require and you deserve.
Unfortunately, all too often we have seen or heard of tragic incidents involving inexperienced and/or untrained officers. This is an issue State Tactical takes very seriously. Our officers are both offered and provided with extensive hands on and instructional training throughout the course of their careers within our company. You may rest assured that when you have a State Tactical Officer providing you service, they truly are among the most trained and highest quality available.
Through our commitment of hard work, dedication, and customer service, State Tactical has been able to greatly expand our client base.
